🎓 Student Profile:
Name: (Confidential – let's call her Anaya)
Class: 12th Grade (Commerce)
Initial Family Expectation: Career in Finance (e.g., B.Com + CA/CFA)
Personality Traits (based on Psychometric Analysis):
Extroverted – loves social interaction, networking, and team dynamics
Intuitive – visionary thinker, connects ideas easily
Observant – notices trends, reads people well

🧠 Problem:
Anaya was being nudged by her parents toward a finance career due to conventional stability and social validation. However, she felt disconnected from numbers and was not excited about the idea of a future in accounting or finance. She approached me feeling confused and stressed, unsure how to explain her interests to her parents.
🔬 My Approach – Scientific Career Counseling:
Psychometric & Personality Assessment:Conducted detailed tests to understand her cognitive strengths, interests, and personality. Results highlighted her strong verbal-linguistic intelligence, people skills, and high creativity quotient.
Career Mapping:Using these results, I mapped her personality with suitable career clusters. Marketing – especially Digital & Brand Marketing – emerged as a top fit.
One-on-One Counseling:I spent time understanding her dreams, examples of her creative work (school magazine, social media content, etc.), and how she views success.
Parent Involvement Session:Her parents were invited for a joint session. I shared the assessment results, explained the career growth in marketing (including roles, salaries, global demand), and clarified myths about BBA vs finance careers.
Outcome:The parents were positively surprised and appreciated the structured and science-backed explanation. They agreed to support her decision to pursue BBA with a specialization in Marketing.
🚀 Future Roadmap Suggested to Anaya:
✅ Short-Term (UG Years):
Enroll in BBA Marketing from a reputed college
Take certifications in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, and Consumer Psychology

✅ Mid-Term (Post Graduation):
